Shipping, Delivery and Payment Details

Oh yeah selects to provide you with self pickup or delivery services

The area includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories. Orders will be shipped via SF Express, and the products will be delivered to (designated address / Oh yeah pick-up point) within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) after payment confirmation.

 

For all items purchased from our mall, we provide free home delivery service in the following cases.

Non-Remote Area

Industrial buildings

Residential buildings with elevators (excluding cases where floor level connection is required)

 

If the delivery address belongs to remote areas (e.g. Shek O, Stanley, Mid-levels, Repulse Bay, Village House, etc.), please contact our customer service first;

If the delivery address is a non-elevator residential building or an elevator residential building that needs to be connected to the elevator, customers can choose to deliver the goods downstairs or beside the truck, or pick up the goods at the pick-up point by themselves. If you need door-to-door delivery, you can contact our customer service staff and we will charge additional delivery fee at our discretion.

 

Remarks.

 

Delivery will be handled according to the address provided in the order, and each order can only be delivered to one address. Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to the different addresses.

In some special cases where items cannot be delivered by Oh yeah, we will use S.F. for delivery, in which case you will receive a confirmation email with order details and order tracking number (*Order tracking number is only applicable to S.F. Express).

If you need to specify the delivery time or change the delivery address, please contact our customer service before delivery, and any additional costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Please write your name and order number on a copy of the deposit receipt and email it to ops@speedtech.com.hk. We will arrange for delivery once the receipt is confirmed. If payment is not received within 2 working days, we will cancel your order.
